ENCAP’s Pro Series Gypsum with AST® is effective at improving the structure of clay and winter worn soils while providing an excellent source of calcium for plant uptake.Plants need calcium for healthy root systems and efficient nutrient uptake. Gypsum has been used for centuries as a way to add calcium to the soil without affecting the soil pH.   ENCAP’s Pro Series Gypsum with AST® is high purity, mined gypsum designed to work quickly and last longer than conventional products.

ENCAP’s AST® technology is a proprietary blend of polymers designed to condition the soil and keep nutrients right where you put them, even after it rains. The proprietary polymers create micro channels in the soil that help water and nutrients get to the root zone quickly making them readily available for plant uptake.
